Scope of Coverage
- The following items are covered by the limited warranty for the first 12-months from the date of delivery of the product:
- Smartphones/Mobile Phones
- Tablets
- Other categories of products not listed above are not covered by this warranty.
- This warranty may be claimed only once. The product will no longer be covered by the warranty after a claim has been made and the product has been repaired.
- Accessories such as power adapters, charging cables, earphones, and other items included in the original box are excluded from warranty coverage.
- The exterior of the product (including the external housing, metal unibody, glass, or plastic components) is deemed free of defects at the time of shipment and therefore is not covered under these limited warranty terms.
- LCD/display defects, primarily dead or bright pixels, are eligible for warranty coverage only if they exceed a minimum of four (4) dead or bright pixels.
- During the warranty period, Uniqbe Limited will, at their own discretion, repair or replace any defective product or its parts with new replacement parts and return the product to the consumer in working condition. All replaced parts, circuitry boards or components shall become the property of Uniqbe Limited.
To whom is the warranty claim available?
The limited warranty extends only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER (“Buyer”).
This warranty is not transferable or assignable to any subsequent purchaser.
Upon request from Uniqbe Limited, the buyer must provide purchase receipt or other information such as the Order Number, IMEI number, etc. to prove that the product is purchased from Uniqbe Limited.
Possible Incurred Costs
- Transportation, delivery, and handling charges incurred in sending the defective product to Uniqbe Limited will be borne by the buyer. Uniqbe Limited will bear the transportation cost for returning the repaired product to the buyer.
- The buyer will be notified of any parts or labor charges not covered by this limited warranty.
- Expenses related to removing the product from an installation are not covered under this limited warranty.
Warranty Exclusions: Non-Covered Conditions

The buyer shall have no coverage or benefits under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
- The product has been subjected to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture, dampness, excessive temperatures, or other environmental factors; unauthorised modifications, connections, or repairs (including the use of unauthorised spare parts); misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation; Acts of God; spills of food or liquids; improper adjustment of user controls; or any other acts beyond the reasonable control of Uniqbe Limited. This also includes issues related to consumable parts such as fuses, and breakage or damage to antennas, unless directly caused by defects in materials or workmanship, as well as normal wear and tear.
- The product was used with, or connected to, a third-party accessory that was not supplied by the original manufacturer.
- The battery was short-circuited, or the seals of the battery enclosure or cells were broken, or there is visible evidence of tampering. The battery was used in equipment other than that for which it was designed.
- The device has suffered water damage, whether through partial or full submersion, or through use in conditions exposing it to moisture that may harm its electronic components.
- Water damage is not covered by this warranty, even if the product is advertised as IP-rated or waterproof.
- Uniqbe Limited will not be responsible for any network-related issues. Please refer such matters to the respective network provider.
- Uniqbe Limited does not warrant that any software will meet your requirements, operate in combination with any third-party hardware or software, run uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected. Updating your software is done at your own risk and is not covered under this warranty.
Steps of Warranty Claim
- Fill out the RMA (Return Material Authorization) Request Form with below details:
- Username
- Date of Request – must be send by email on the same date
- Order Number
- Product Model
- IMEI / Serial Number
- Reason for Return
- Email the completed form along with clear images or videos of the issue to info@uniqbe.com.
- Upon RMA approval, you will receive a confirmation with the RMA number and a check in form.
- Ship the item back to us, ensuring that the RMA form is securely attached to the parcel.
- Provide us with the shipment details.
- Repair process starts upon our receipt of the item and typically takes 4 to 5 weeks.
