Order Processing & Shipment Time

On average, it takes about 5 to 10 business days for you to receive your order.
It’s important to note that the 5 to 10 business days are calculated from the day we receive your payment.

In case of items that are out of stock, additional processing time may be required.

Despite all the shipping costs for all the countries stated in our website, some extended areas like rural, remote and less-accessible locations may require extra charges.
In cases where the address falls under remote area, we will inform you regarding the extra surcharge required.

2. How do I change my shipping address after dispatched?

After the shipment has left our warehouse, our control over its destination is limited.
Nevertheless, we can certainly make a request to our courier partner for a potential re-routing to your new address.
Please be aware that re-routing is not guaranteed, and it may be subject to an additional surcharge.
