Celebrating the Chinese New Year for 2019

It's a wonderful start to the New Year and we would like to extend our season's warmest greetings to all of you! The Chinese New Year celebration chimes on the deep efforts we've been investing in our online markets to develop a deeper and more meaningful relationships with our partners and resellers associates alike. We made it to another year! These are milestones which help bring us a sense of joy and accomplishment and we want to share that with everyone.

We are truly appreciative of the support that you have given to our business without which success may be far less likely. We acknowledge that there are areas in our processes that need continual work and improvement but nevetheless we thank all our partners and associates, from the wholesale division, resellers and retailers for staying and working out the kinks with us.

This Chinese New Year we will be taking the time to reflect on what we did right and how we can continue to render a strong service delivery together with our commitment to serve you our customers as well as closing the gaps (of which we have undoubtedly failed to meet some expectations) and what we should change to reduce these gaps. We look towards establishing greater bonds with our partners to make 2019 a better one.

Notice of Office and Warehouse closure due to the Chinese New Year 2019 Holidays:
  • We begin our office and warehouse closure on the 3rd of February 2019 (Sunday).
  • We will return and resume our work on the 11th of February 2019 (Monday).
During this time there will be no shipments and there will be no price updates made to our listings. If your order has not been shipped prior to the closing of our offices and warehouse, your order will only ship after we return on the 11th of February. Please take note.
