Self Pickup Policies
Self pickup service is only available at Hong Kong, please contact our customer service in advance.
Clear packaging instructions must be provided when placing orders.
Please be advised that additional charges may be incurred if the packaging instructions are exceptionally complex.
Customers are required to provide advance notification, at least one day and one hour before the scheduled time.
It is imperative for customers to understand that any instances of loss, damage, or issues arising from their selected courier service fall under their purview.
Resolution of such matters must be directly pursued with the courier service.
Self Pickup Time
Self pick up availability is limited to the operation hours of 10 am (HKT) to 6 pm (HKT), Monday to Friday, excepts for Hong Kong public holidays.
Customers are kindly requested to pick up their orders only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Any attempt to collect parcels without prior confirmation will not be accommodated.
