This guide provides an overview of how to join and use our dropshipping program, along with important information regarding customs and warranty coverage.
How to Join
To participate in our dropshipping program, please register an account on our website: https://store.uniqbe.com/my-account/.
After logging in, you will gain access to reseller-exclusive discounted pricing and can begin placing orders directly.
How It Works
We operate strictly as a supplier and service provider.
We do not provide any form of commission for orders placed through our dropshipping program.
Resellers earn profit by setting their own selling prices above our reseller discounted prices.
The dropshipping process follows these steps:
- Receive an order from your customer.
- Place the same order on our website.
- Enter your customer’s shipping details during checkout.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will process the order and ship it directly to your customer.
Customs and Duties
Please note the following:
- We do not cover customs taxes or duties.
- You and/or your customer are responsible for all local customs clearance and related fees.
- It is advisable to consult the local customs office regarding clearance procedures and required documentation.
Warranty Coverage
All dropshipping orders are covered by a 7-Day Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) warranty:
- If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receipt, it may be returned for replacement.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the defective item to our Hong Kong facility.
- We will cover the return shipping cost of the replacement product to the original shipping destination.
