How to Place Orders
You can follow these steps for placing an order:
1. Begin by logging into your account; click “My Account” at the top right or left corner of the page to log in.
2. Next, choose the product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
3. To review your selection, click on the shopping cart icon situated in the upper right corner.
The shipping option at this page is defaulted to Local Pickup.
After confirming the products in your cart, click “Proceed to payment”. The shipping address can be filled in the next page.
4. Fill in the shipping details and billing information for the cart.
If you have any order remark or request, please write in the “Order Notes”.
5. Once you’ve confirmed all the details, you may select the desired payment method at the right bar.
6. Click “Place order” to proceed to the payment page.
Congratulations! Your order is now confirmed and on its way!
Product Search
1. I am not able to find the product in your website, what can I do?
Kindly reach out to our dedicated team via the WhatsApp icon. We will make every effort to procure your desired item from alternative sources at no extra expense.
2. The product that I’m interested in is currently unavailable. What should I do?
While we aim to maintain stock levels that meet expected demand, some highly popular items may run out of stock.
In such cases, we recommend checking our website again the following day.
If the product is restocked, it will be available online.
3. Is it possible to change the chosen product once an order is confirmed?
Absolutely, you can request a product change as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
However, please note that requests for product changes after shipment will not be accommodated.

4. Can I cancel my order?
You may request for order cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.
Once your order status is updated to In Transit, we can no longer process the cancellations.
