Uniqbe provides a straightforward and reliable dropshipping service that empowers resellers to offer customers high-quality products without maintaining stock or managing shipping. We act strictly as a supplier and fulfilment partner, enabling you to focus on sales, customer service, and marketing while we handle order processing and shipping.

How the Dropship Program Works
Resellers set their own retail prices and retain the margin above Uniqbe’s reseller discounted prices. Uniqbe does not pay commissions.
- Receive an order from your customer.
- Place the same order on our site and enter your customer’s shipping details at checkout.
- Once payment is confirmed, Uniqbe processes the order and ships the product directly to your customer.

Customs & Duties
- Uniqbe does not cover customs taxes, duties, or local import fees.
- Responsibility for customs clearance and any associated charges rests with the reseller and/or the end customer.
- We recommend consulting the destination country’s customs authority to confirm procedures and required documentation prior to shipping.
Warranty & DOA Coverage
All dropship orders include a 7-Day Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) warranty for manufacturing defects identified within 7 days of delivery.
- If a product is confirmed defective within the DOA period, it may be returned for replacement.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to our Hong Kong facility.
- Uniqbe will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement product to the original delivery address.
