Once you placed an order successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will attend to your order within 24hours. Below are the few stages in our order processing before your order is shipped.
- Stage 1: Each payment must pass credit check before proceeding to the next stage.
- Stage 2: Order processing team will prepare the relevant document – export document and airway bill for your shipment.
- Stage 3: Your order will be packed along with the prepared documents in the warehouse.
- Stage 4: Hand over your order to the courier company. Record your tracking number in our system and notify you.
Order cancellation: If you want to cancel the order which you have paid, you must write to us in email. Please send to info@uniqbe.com. In any circumstances where your communication is not prompt and your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Uniqbe Limited will not be liable for this. We might also charge order cancellation fee which the amount is decide by us.
